Need help with "Cry it out" and Naps Pleaaaase?

After a lot of contemplating and many restless nights my husband and I have started the Cry it out method on our daughter. I definately thing that shes learning. It has been about two full days. My question is: she takes HORIBLE naps and she is SO tired throughout the day.... When I put her down she will cry for about 10 15 minutes and go to sleep but wakes up at EXACTLY 30 minutes after falling asleep every time. and I know she is still very tired. Should I just leave her in her room to cry until she falls asleep to take a little more of a nap or should we just call it a nap and get her out of her room? Also, in the middle of the night she will wake up once or twice and I will run in her room before she TOTALLY wakes up and put her pacifier back in, which usually works. Should I keep doing that or should I just let her wake up and cry so she gets used to sleeping through the night and going without the pacifier? And help and advice would be GREATLY appreciated!

I saw the movie a few years back, but I'll try to give you some idea. There is a scene where a pilot is flying too close to the ground, showing off, and ends up slicing a guy in half with his propeller. This is probably the most shocking scene. I know some of the language is R-rated and there may be some nudity when Yosarian is in the town with his mistress. There is also a bloody scene near the beginning where one of the crewmen in the bomber has been shot and his guts make an appearance. If you haven't, I would read the book instead.

my wife is an introvert, and most people think that she is either uncomfortable, pissed off or that there is something wrong. It relally makes people uncomfortable when everyone else is or at least looks happy and she doesn't look it. Although she is not unhappy she is not engaging with everyone else. Its hard for introverts to just be beacuse they are always being questioned about it. I agree you are better off staying at home by yourself, I would suggest working on at leat smiling, keep a smile on your face you'll make people feel more comfortable and you'll avoid the unsolicited comments. The only thing is that we are not meant to be alone, we are social creatures, I would also suggest seing a therapist or someone who can give some insight into yourself. This helps no matter who you are, once you see yourself in a mirror you'll find a great deal of who you are, and you will not always like it. That is what marriage does, the other person serves as a mirror and when we don't like it, thats when marital problems start if those people don't have the correct tools to deal with it.

Spaghetti & Crab - crock pot recipe request?

I've made spaghetti and crab before on the stovetop and cooked the sauce for 3-4 hours. Comes out fabulous. Just a basic spaghetti sauce with blue thrown in. I'd like to do this same recipe tomorrow evening but won't be around all day. Has anyone ever done this in the crockpot? I have two bags of frozen blue and a couple of crab legs to throw in. How can I clear the drain pipe on a Whirlpool refrigerator?

I had this exact same problem once Look in the back of your fridge & look for a black or white vinyl like hose. Thats the drain line .You could have ice, food or both blocking the line so defrosting is required. Once you defrost you should be able to see the drain, If not it will be under the pan in the bottom of the top freezer section. Stretch out & use a stiff hanger to rod the line out. it won't hurt to run a little bleach down the line to kill any germs when your done.

Well, my opinion is that you're doing great! As and Bs are superb. But to you those Bs aren't, and I understand as a former student in chemistry AND physics *shudders* and my physics cl JUST ended. Don't worry, most of us aren't very science related, so if you are having problems, I'd get extra help, like I know my school offers tutors inside of school, outside of school, peers, and all of our teachers are willing to help. Plus, most parents are there for you :) but since you don't have any issues with anything but you can't apply the concepts to the problems, I think the major solution would be to practice, practice, practice, or get help on example problems. I know that's what I did, and before I did anything to resolve my non-understanding of the material of one of my cles, my first test I got a 68%, not good. So I went to get help and my final grade was a 98% in that cl (and I retook the test, with over a 90...I forgot the precise grade haha). I'm suggesting to get your grades back up is to ask for any extra credit, and if you can do ANY retakes, (take any chance you have) and if worse comes to worse maybe switch to a different cl if you're able to (or in the beginning of the quarter, trimester, semester, etc) or if your school offers it a p/fail option (where your grade for that cl is not recorded) and you can retake the class next year or over the summer and try to get a "super-awesome" grade. That's all I have! And sorry this is so long :) hope this helps and didn't waste your time!

Photography camera lens help?

can you take a photograph without using a lens? i am using a nikon D80 and im trying out some experimental techniques, but im wary to break the camera as its not mine. I don't know a great deal about photography as i'm more into moving image, so can anyone tell me what will happen if i remove the lens and just take a picture or try and create my own lens. I'm trying to create mystical photos of water, i've been playing around with shutter speed and aperture, does any one know any other techniques?

budgies and zebra finches get along fine i have them in an avairy together =atiels and a duckling. put a rack on the wire with nesting material and feathers from the petshop ( zebra finches LOVE putting feathers in their nest!!) and they will get their share. dont worry though if the first few clutches of the finches arent succesful it can take a few times and they may peck the eggs the first few times. the quails are probably having babies then make sure there is no wire they can get through on the bottom of the cage (they are the size of bugs)

Fitness with knee pain?

Im a fairly active mother of 3. I work fulltime and go to the gym as often as possible. I need to find some exercises for my legs that don't involve lunges or extention of the leg. I have had severe pain in my knees since a car accident in my late teens - I'm 34 now. My legs are really the one part of my body I feel I have no control over to train. I do leg press at the gym but other than that I am at a loss of what to do...any ideas. I have just had my 3rd child so still losing the weight from that but it is coming of steadily now so I'm happy with that. I go walking a lot but I find that hills are extremely painful. This is the Hanukkah section. Hanukkah is the Jewish Feast of Dedication celebrated on Kislev 25 and for the next 8 days. I can tell you how to light the menorah the candle holder with what looks like 9 branches, but I can not help you with birds. Although I'd love to know how to keep the sparrows OUT of my berries, so that I could bake at least 1 pie this year. 9 week old & feeding issues Please help!?

My daughter had a lot if gas issues as well that continued after switching formula. I noticed that daughter was working very hard to get the formula out of her bottle. I changed to a medium flow nipple. That helped a lot! She is still having some issues with taking in air as she feeds, so I will take my aunt's suggestion of trying a different shaped nipple, one a little more elongated. Try a different flow for several days & see if that helps! It would be easier on your daughter than trying a new formula. I like to look at formula changed as a last option because of the stress it puts on a baby's body. Good luck!

I think my friend only likes me because I actually have a brain... not to brag... but to me it is so plainly obvious that she wants to be a the top of my best friend list. She constantly tried to be with me before I got to my best friend. Like in PE cl today, I can just feel her quickening her pace to get to me before my best friend and I partnered for the push-ups and sit-ups and I don't want to be mean so I say yes. yes, they sound unbelievably rude, but please don't base all teenagers off of them. I am 15 and would never dream of acting like that. HELP! Pregnancy, Early Menopause, or Stress?

What are my chances of being pregnant, early menopause (im only 21), or stress causing my [now] 2 missed periods. My last period was 8/7/2010, and my boyfriend and I have every night. Its not like we are trying to have a baby, but if we do, were ready for it. (he already has a 3 yr old [my step-daughter] that i take care of everyday, so do not try and tell me i am too young, or how hard it is, cause we already know) Anyways, i was spotting 2 different times and little cramps but nothing bad [once on 2 completely different days, about 2-3 days after the first time is when the second time occurred] about 2-3 weeks after my last period. My are sore, ESPECIALLY my right one, and has been for a while. I have nausea, but mainly at night, so its not really morning sickness, at least i don't think. My boyfriend says i have a better sense of smell and i crave certain foods, but i don't notice that. I have gained a little weight, and i do get dizzy sometimes, but i don't know if dizziness is a pregnancy symptom.... anyways, i know some of these relate to everything in a different way of Pregnancy, Early Menopause, and Stress.
