Valentine's Day Gift Trouble!!!?

Ok, well My boyfriend and I have been together for a week and a half and in exactlky a week it'll be Valentines Day! The problem is that I'm not sure what to get him! He has already gave me a beautiful diamond necklace in the shape of a heart! So I really want to get him something really nice! I was thinking of getting him one of those HUGE hershey kisses, a little teddy-bear, and a note saying Happy Valentine's Day! I love you! But I'm still not sure! If you have any ideas please tell me! I'll really apreciate it!!!! :-)
