How much longer until baby comes? do you think its soon? whats your story?

I went from taking a week to get from one and a half centimeters to 2. then just 2 days to get to 3 centimeters! The doctor did this thing where she put her fingers around the babys head to speed me up and get me into labor because she thought its time for baby to come out because shes getting big but that didnt work! Now ive been having some signs that i am getting close but still nothing! i just want her to come. The babys head is far down and everythings in my favor but geez hurry up already!!
