Film about Kids on Spaceship?

I am looking for the title. A 70's or 80's film about a crew of children aboard a spaceship or several segments of a spaceship that need to be joined together for some reason. The ship has a talking computer or AI. Kids wearing jumpsuits. One of the boys likes a girl and the computer shows his fantasy on screen to his embarrment. The crew are made up of kids because they have some advantage over adults in the plot. Any ideas?
