A ques for those who believe in rebirth. Previous life bonding-in life we come across certain people we?

strangely feel acquainted with. we feel peaceful while around them or feel an unreasonable affection for. Why is that so?how can we explain such a phenomena through concept of rebirth? or is it just my misperception that rebirth is the cause?i would be very grateful if u can tell me about the source of your knowledge regarding the same
