What should i do? Boy trouble!?

there is a boy that goes to my school yer, i see him like everyday at school, he is in the year above me so i only see him in the corridor, he does look at me then he looks away when i look at him, and my friend thinks he likes me! how do i just randomly go up to him because i wanna get to know him, and what should i say??
