I'm thinkg abut transferring but what would be the better move? Stay or go?

I attend The Art Institute of California San Diego. Majoring in Web Design & Interactive Media and going for my Bachelors of Science. Im thinking of transferring closer to home to the other location which is The Art Institute of Washington D.C. but their degree is for a Bachelors of Fine Arts. Im concerned about the degree difference. I've always heard there are only a few differences between the two but I've been told a Bachelors of Science is a better way to go. Meaning i can almost get a job doing anything with a B.S. than a B.A. Please give me some advice. i wanna go closer to home but id rather stay where my future is more secure outside of Web Design just in case i don't go that route after school.
