Were overweight teens more discriminated in the 1960's or now?

I think it's worse now for overweight people. Back in the 60's you didn't see guys wearing shirts that say "No Fat Chicks". And in the politically correct times of today, people are told to not discriminate against anyone, including the overweight. AND, the celebrities of the 60's were more normal sized, NOT like all the anorexic gals of today.
