Recette de Tart au Gros Bord?

I'm not entirely sure i spelled that correct but the translation is something like 'pie big board' and i was wondering if anyone might know the recipe for it, it is a French recipe so...Parlez-vous�anglais?..and i do need the recipe soon pleeze, thank u :) btw, any recipe for a food from Nord Pas De Calais will b helpful, but im hoping for a dessert, like the pie board :)
