How can i make a 2nd life teen account? When i put in my information and press submit i go to the homepage hlp

I've never heard of life teen, but i had a similar problem with my email and youtube, and i think i know the problem. Find on you start menu or tools menu "internet options", or something related. Find "security" tab or something like that. You should see something that blocks cookies. Lower the cookie filter a level or two. This should allow you to access it.
