Do i have to sit for SAT test?

i am a student of electrical and electronics engineering here in Bangladesh.my family is going to immigrate to the united states soon.i have completed 2 semesters here in Bangladesh and completed 25 credits.so when i apply to a university in USA i will transfer some credits from Bangladesh.So will universities in USA (Illinois) ask for my SAT score? I really need to know the correct answer,because i have to finish my Bachelors degree as soon as possible and marry my gf because she is waiting for me and i cant make her wait long.please help :(
