Will Obama pardon Sen. Dianne Wilkerson and Congressman Jefferson?

How is Obama linked to the possible crimes of a Congressman from Louisiana. the other person I don't have any knowledge of. But just like stevens when they are convicted they should go to jail. Stevens may be pardoned by W. because he's so old.
