Is this knobend fairly typical of the murderous type?

This is a typical example of a ruling that has been handed down by faceless and unelected bureaucrats in Brussels which clearly overturns and overrides the will of our democratically elected Parliament. How much longer can they continue to deny our inalienable right to vote in a referendum on how deeply we wish to be involved in the EU and to what extent we wish to be governed by them.
