Is a 3.5 GPA good to get into good colleges? And is my extracuricular activities good?

Im a junior this year in high school and i have a 3.5 GPA. and that is with the 3 honors cles i take. Is it a good gpa to get into some good state schools like stony brooke, oswego, and new paltz. I also do community service on the weekends and I traveled to costa rica and did some service for 70 hours. I am part of 2 clubs and i am on a fencing team. Also, I do work as a counsler at my sleepaway camp. Also, my PSAT score was a 2084. Do I stand a chance of going to a good university.
