Eating healthy is your best bet. Try converting to a diet rich with fruits and veggies, and staying away from fast/processed fake foods as much as possible. Supplying your body with water instead of cokes will help also. Go to your local vitamin store, and they can help you with daily supplements you can take to increase your odds. There aren't any stretches you can do. You are predestined to be how tall you are going to be, but I bet you'll grow a little bit taller by the time you turn 23, however, you just never know. Right now your best bet is eating healthy.
