1991 MAZDA MIATA...Can you tell me please where the fuse box is located that controls my dashboard lights.?

Headlamps go up and down fine...but nothing works to illuminate my Tach or Speedometer.Hope it's a simple fuse fix...Please help me find it...thanks..I am, it seems appropriately, "Dim Bulb".
